Lack of local expertise required by machine operators in case of technical problems leads to call an expert via landline. But the lack of visual information hinders the expert to give proper guidance. So the operator starts transferring videos and images via consumer apps (e.g. whatsapp). But the exchanged information is lost after the conversation is finished and not accessible for anyone who faces the same problem at a later point.
